Steven Fletcher graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Geological Engineering in 1995.
Engineering foundation
His studies combined earth science and engineering, and his early professional work took him to northern Manitoba. That technical background preceded the 1996 collision that changed the course of his life.
From engineering to public leadership
After rehabilitation, Steven returned to the University of Manitoba for graduate business studies. The analytical and problem-solving discipline of engineering continued to inform his accessibility advocacy, organizational leadership and public service.
